Managing Director Dipl. Ing. Uwe Göhringer

After studying electrical engineering at the Department of Energy and Automation in Mannheim, Uwe Göhringer started his professional career in a leading German industrial company in Heidelberg, where he had previously completed his vocational training as a power electronics technician. Within the Group, he has acquired experience and competences in various positions and divisions of quality management and quality assurance. The main areas of activity were the supply chain, audit and supplier coaching. Always in connection with personnel responsibility and the participation in innovative and future-oriented projects to optimize the process.

He then worked in an innovative company in the field of automotive suppliers, where he was in close contact with almost all well-known German automotive manufacturers.
 
He then took over responsibility for Global Quality Management at a leading manufacturer of industrial sensors as well as intrinsically safe components and technologies for explosive areas.The company is known to customers all over the world as a pioneer and innovator in electrical explosion protection and sensor technology and has a very high production depth in the areas of production of electronic components, cable assembly, aluminum casting, mechanical machining and plastic injection molding.
The tasks of the Director Global Quality Management were very diverse and spread over many intentional locations. Global quality management supervised all processes throughout the product development process as well as the service areas. This was linked to permanent contacts via video conferencing and regular journeys to the locations in Asia and America.
In this function he was directly under the management.

Apart from the management of global quality management, the main focus was also the design of new processes, tailored to the needs of the customer and the company, in all areas of the product creation process. This included both the process optimization and its implementation and efficiency monitoring. He is convinced that a solid product and process planning is the basis for the success.
